Dr George Wilby-Lopez Dentist

BDS(Bris.) MFGDP(UK) DPDS(Bris.)

Originally from London George graduated from Bristol University in 2000, since then he has gained experience in all

aspects of dentistry in London before relocation to the south coast.

George is committed to postgraduate education having completed the diploma in postgraduate dental studies at Bristol University which included advance skills in anxiety control and sedation, dentures and oral surgery.

George has also completed the membership diploma for the Faculty of General Dental Practice. In 2006 George was appointed an Examiner for membership to the Royal College of Surgeons.

At present George is studying towards the Eastman Dental Hospital Diploma in Restorative Dentistry and the Fellowship of the London Royal College of Surgeons (FFGDP(UK)), their most prestigious accolade.

George has a special interest in advanced restorative dentistry which includes; crown and bridgework (cosmetic dentistry), root canal treatments (endodontics) and tooth whitening.

George is married to Kerry and they have a son called James.

Dr Simon Baber Dentist

BDS(Lond.)

Simon joins the practice in April 2009, having worked locally as a family dentist for the last 22 years. Simon has honed his skills over many years while in practice and undertaking various dental courses.

Simon will solely practice here at Warsash Dental Practice in order to take advantage of the state of the art equipment and the new facilities. Simon has a special interest in restorative dentistry and tooth whitening.

Simon is married with two children. He is a keen sportsman and regularly plays golf and tennis.

Kerry Wilby-Lopez Dental Hygienist

EDH(Eastman)

Kerry trained as a dental surgery assistant at Bristol Dental School qualifying with merit in 1999. After moving to London she trained as a Dental Hygienist at the Eastman Dental Hospital qualifying with merit in 2003.

As a dental hygienist Kerry has experience in treating adults with severe gum problems as well as children and special needs patients.

Kerry is married to George and they have a son called James.

Naomi Burden Dental Therapist & Hygienist

BSc (Portsmouth)

Naomi joined the practice in April 2009. Naomi graduated in July 2008 from Portsmouth University’s School of Professionals Complimentary to Dentistry.

Naomi is dually qualified as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist. As a therapist Naomi can carryout all the duties of a hygienist as well as placing fillings in children and adult teeth.

Naomi works at the practice on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Stephanie Park Dental Hygienist

DipDH (Cardiff)

Stephanie joined the practice in August 2009. Stephanie graduated in July 2009 from Cardiff University’s Dental School.

Stephanie works at the practice on Tuesdays.

Penny Priddy Dental Hygienist

Cert.DH

Penny Qualified at the Royal Naval Dental School Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Penny Has Been working in General Dental Practice for several years and has experience in long term care for pateints with various degrees of periodontal problems.

Penny also assists in the organisation of local hygienist meetings and lectures. She is married and has two children
