On behalf of the dental team we would like to extend a warm welcome to our practice website. The ethos of the practice is to provide you with excellent dentistry in a warm and welcoming environment. We want to make you proud of your smile. At Warsash Dental Practice we believe that prevention is better than repair and it is our aim to prevent dental disease rather than treat it at a later date. Some patients may feel anxious about attending for dental treatment. We would like to reassure all of our patients that we understand and will endeavor to make them feel as comfortable as possible. If you are a new patient we would like to take this opportunity to invite you to spend a few minutes of your time reading through our practice website. Our dental practice is primarily an independent practice. This means that all adults are seen on a non-NHS basis. Our NHS contract allows us to see most children on an NHS basis. It is our policy for each patient to see one dentist on a continual basis. However if this is not possible for any reason, suitable arrangements will be made. Our surgeries and waiting areas have been equipped to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere in which to treat you. We also have ground floor surgeries with disabled access and on site parking. Local dentist Simon Baber will be joining Warsash Dental full time as of April 2009. Simon a family dentist in the area for 22 years has decided to join us here in order to make use of the new facilities and state of the art equipment recently installed.
This is a testament to the hard work and investment George Wilby has made since acquiring the practice in 2006.
George’s knowledge, skills and qualifications have created quite a reputation in the area, which has lead to the practice’s patient base growing by 100% over the last 3 years. Requiring the addition of four dental care professionals to the dental team.
Both George and Simon look forward to working together as they develop the practice into a new era of modern patient based dentistry. |
